"Excellent beach view, clean but the building could have a refresh.. pool and hot tub were excellent. I would still recommend the place."

"Queen size sheets on a king size bed...needed multiple blankets because they were thin...needed 6 pillows ( also thin) to do the job of 2 pillows. I dont feel paying guests should have to pay $22/ a day just to park in their garage...they take your parking out of the $250 incidental fee upon checking out...blamed it on Expedia not giving me that info before my stay. Im glad im home because the springs in the bed were so loud every time you set down on it / uncomfortable. But hey; good ocean view and housekeepers were so nice...THEY NEED A RAISE!"

"Love this hotel. Stay there often, however mosr likely not anymore. I am physically disabled. I have delt with there being on no type of ramps, etc for walkers or mobility scooters, relying on my husband to help me walk. Especially up and down stairs. Now, smoking is only in designated areas. Thats even more stairs. I understand no smoking in rooms. I even get no smoking in pool area. But no where on property except fot that area??? I can not physically do it.Final straw in a completely unfriendly environmeny for those of us physically disabled."

"Wi fi did not work for Me, Parking is not easy, not enough spaces, behind the glass on elevator needs work on painted or cleaned. Good place stay for good price few improvement would make it better!"

"Average stay, could be better maintained. Needs TLC. Noise travels very easily, heard neighbors into the late night/early morning. Also, it would be nice to know of parking fees before arriving."

"Find some place else. I picked this place for my bday trip and that was a big mistake. Yes it’s beach front but it wasn’t worth it to me. The staff was not helpful if you could find or understand them. The rooms don’t get cleaned but every 3 days so be prepared to sleep with sand in your bed. Request extra towels yeah you will wait a day or two. Def needs updated in the bathroom water spots on the ceiling from leaking pipes. 3 elevators and none of them are quick. Wait at least 5 min for an elevator minimum. Parking that is a joke and half. They have a parking garage but they don’t tell you how to get in there. No, they tell you go park in the restaurant next door parking lot if you can find a spot. We will not be back. "
