「cheap price. The room was good」

「The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5」

「I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The room was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly during my visit. 「The location on the beach was excellent with easy beach access. The pool, spa and fitness center were all excellent. The food was good, but a little overpriced. The property was very clean. Housekeeping in our room could have been a little better.」

「Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. 」

「I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」
