「The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. 「The staff was exceptional. Shout out to Maheseh, who helped us to celebrate my daughters 50th birthday by upgrading our room, and sending up champagne and choc.strawberries. She was blown away by the kindness. This Hilton is definitely my favorite place to vacation. 」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
