"Well laid out hotel. Found there were restrictions on what food/drink was available where. Not a major thing but frustrating. En-suite bathroom layout was a little strange - location of sink, location of hand soaps, weirdly high towel rack, strange blinds not a wall so everything going in the bathroom could be heard in the bedroom. Poor soundproofing / terrace door which meant the overly loud evening v entertainment was very loud in our room."

"If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. "

"1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget."

"No animation. No evening shows. Pools not heated in April. Nothing to do really. All inclusive package isn’t really all inclusive (as you have to pay for most drinks and food). Pretty simple food (tagine for lunch and dinner). "

"Very very good overall Excellent quality food and staff . Rooms are a bit dated but still good value. The only real negative is the hotel excursion desk that arrange for private taxis and private excursions . Bit of a rip off and poor quality taxis provided. I would urge the hotel owner /general manager to replace this third party company - it is not a good look for Iberostar- otherwise it was a fantastic stay . "

"There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training."
