Missed an email regarding arrival but arrived at hotel very early to be allowed to check in! Breakfast was nice, typical Italian Room was great.... basic but clean, great views, heavenly aircon and a little quirky Would definitely recommend, and stay here again

Bed and breakfast perfectly located, behind Saint Domenico's church, via Roma, near many street shops and local restaurants. Building entry was dark and dusty; breakfast was very limited; shower area was tiny and there was no soap (only a few little shampoo bags); towels were very old.

Worth the stay.

Overall great. Checkin was difficult as had to figure out where different hotel for checkin was located. We were then referred back to our hotel for Checkin. Also breakfast was st that other hotel. So confusing but all worked out. Very central location. Clean, comfortable.

The room is spacious and well-maintained. The bathroom is very clean and everything function perfectly breakfast was really rewarding. Location of the property is in the interesting part in Palermo where in you have abundant options for dining and you’re close to walking streets that are loaded with cafés and restaurants as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Such a unique hotek. The stairwell with all of its hanging plants was so enchanting to walk through each day. The room was large, nicely decorated and had a good bed. The bathroom was newly renovated. I was pleasantly surprised to have a patio with lovely views. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the self check in was seamless. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were lovely and it was an ideal position. Balcony looked over the roof tops. My only complaint was the bed. It was so hard and uncomfortable.

The location of this property can’t be beat, right in the center of the historic area with lots of restaurants around. The room was nice and big with a balcony however the bed was a bit uncomfortable, our shower leaked onto the floor through the door, the bathroom door squeaks very loudly, you could hear everyone else staying there and the breakfast was very limited. It is safe though, cheap and a great location as mentioned before.
