Lovely Cozy apartment close to the train station
Really enjoyed my stay there. My reason for picking this apartment was due to its proximity to train station (less than 5 min) as I had to take train almost daily and the price was very reasonable. However, I was pleasantly surprised after check in!
This cozy apartment is very spacious, fully equipped with kitchenette, fridge etc. There is a bed and a sofa (convertible to sofa bed). It is very clean. Although the bathroom is not big, There is sufficient hot water with great water pressure
Location is great. Aside from being close to the train station, it is also just a easy 10 min walk to Quattro Canti.
Gianluca was such a great host and communicated well for the meet up arrangement. Although there was no elevator (as in most accommodation there anyway), he insisted to assist with the luggage to the room. Arriving on the Christmas Day, Gianluca prepared a gift (Traditional cake and a bottle of wine), which was such a nice touch. He also took the time to explain the city with a map, and recommended a very nice Pizzeria (they were so kind to offer a shot of limoncello as guest from Gianluca!)
Will definitely stay there again and recommend anyone to stay there.
I would even dare to say this accommodation is under-priced. You will see it’s great value for money once you stay there.

I would not recommend staying here, our power went out the first night we were staying here and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone who worked there to let them know. Our phones were almost dead and we had no way to charge them because of the power outage. While the place was near everything which was nice, we did not feel the safest walking back to the area of the B&B late at night.

Great location - could be much better
Friendly hosts, who were happy for us to check in fairly late. Great location just off the main street of Palermo, although very loud in the mornings and late at night - not great for a live-in!!
We were given a different room to the one we actually booked, which was more like a mini apartment and convenient for cooking our own meals. Condition inside was pretty tatty and could do with some work - maybe it's because it was off-season? As mentioned in another review, the shower is a nightmare, and ends up flooding everywhere. The toilet seat was broken, along with half the electrical sockets in the apartment!
Generally clean throughout, but the pillows and towels were stained and dirty - not ideal... Breakfast brought up every morning, but advisable to just eat elsewhere instead; cheap orange juice and pastries, but that's pretty standard for Italian BnBs.
Loads of potential, but quite a few things to sort out.

Great location, huge value for the money... Evening street crowd is a bit rough, but nothing dangerous. The rooms are awesome, personnel a delight and the price is unbeatable! Went with family and we loved it.

I cannot thank our family's hosts, Gianluca and Helene, enough for their care, attention to detail and overall warmth of hospitality that they showed us throughout our stay.
It was my two son's first ever flight and holiday abroad, aged 8 and 11, and I hoped it would be a memorable trip for us all and it was.
A large part of the trip's success was because of our stay at Bed & Breakfast Sicilia.

Es un hotel bien ubicado (cerca de las atracciones turísticas) con muy buena relación calidad/precio. La habitación estaba muy bien, muy amplia aunque la ducha un poco pequeña. El dueño muy amable: le comunicamos nuestro horario de llegada esa misma tarde y cuando llegamos nos estaba esperando en la puerta de la calle. Además, nos subió las maletas a la habitación y nos dio consejos sobre cosas que visitar en Palermo. El desayuno muy bien, pequeño pero variado y nos lo traian a la habitación todos los días. La única pega es que los vecinos hacían mucho ruido en la calle y se oye mucho. Por lo demás, perfecto.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Palerme à 10 minutes à pied de tout les centres d'intérêts, y compris les bus et trains pour Cefalu et les plages.
Location spacieuse et propre, bien aménagée, seul petit bémol la douche est petite. le personnel est super rien à dire. Top pour visiter la ville de Palerme et son centre historique à 10 minutes.

Perfect stay
The room was actually a studio flat with a spacious kitchen and sleeping area. Perfect for breakfast in the morning with the fruit market on the back.
Alessio and Ilenia were very friendly and helpful in every way.

The owner was Very helpful and honest he helped us all the way from start to finish. He gave me and my family a warm Palermetani welcome he showed us the way of the beautiful Palermo and more. Nice and cosy room everything was what we need in Palermo.
