The Manager at this property, Luca, was extremely helpful during our stay. He did all that he could do to make sure we were happy with a with a great attitude. Our room had a unique music theme including a lamp made out of a French horn. It was very cool. Thanks again to Luca!

This beautiful place is in an excellent location in the Historic district. Luka was amazing with the airport pick up, getting us settled into our place and provided an excellent breakfast. Very helpful with tips on where to go.

Ad Hoc Rooms is a family run B&B which gave it a homely feel. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and with plenty of storage space for your clothing. Breakfast had a good choice to suit all tastes and was served either in the sheared living space or the spacious veranda. During your stay you had the freedom to use the kitchen which gave you access to coffee, tea and cold water. Ad Hoc Rooms is in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, shops and local sightseeing on your door step.

I loved this place. Great breakfast. Clean room. Wonderful terrace for enjoying a glass of wine. Quick walk to many places and lots of great food nearby. 8 minute walk to the grocery store. Short walk to the bus to the airpprt. They were so patient with our delayed arrival.

We had a great stay at Ad Hoc in Palermo. The location is excellent. Luca and his family are very welcoming, and communication was excellent. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Roof top terrace was nice. There are 4 flights of stairs with no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us, but may be for others).

I try to be very fair always when offering the Expedia feedback after a stay, but I can't recommend this accommodation due to an AC issue. The unit was malfunctioning. It was a hot summer day and night. It took perhaps 6 to 8 hours for the room to cool down a little because the AC only let out mildly cool air from the SIDES ONLY. Not at all from the center. I had a horrible lack of sleep the night I stayed. It seemed useless until hours later. I had to use a little fan they had in the room in order to sleep some. (A space heater with a fan feature) The bathroom is a problem, being that the shower is filled with black mold on the bottom area on all four shower walls. The bed is low to the ground, which would have been fine if it had been confortable. It felt old. The decor is inventive, designed with musical themes such as a French horn lamp or old records turned into artwork. I would imagine that the room I was in (with a record disc on the door) may have been the only one with the broken AC, because other guests wrote lovely comments in the guest book. But you will be taking a chance on bad AC. I should also mention that in Sicily, one sometimes has to turn on lights as you progress up each floor in the stairwells. However, the first light here will turn off WAY TOO SOON, before you reach the next switch. You will be left in total darkness in a stairwell of a building undergoing heavy construction. It was unpleasant and alarming. And no warning is given about this in adv

Vi havde en enkel overnatning her inden vi skulle retur til DK. Personale var søde og serviceminded. Hotellet ligger på 4.sal uden elevator, så det skal man lige være klar over. Værelse er fint og smags fuldt indrettet. Sengen dog ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Fællesarealer er cool indrettet og der er en fin fælles balkon. På samme vej som hotellet er flere gode restauranter og et fedt miljø tæt på Via Roma. I gåafstand til Palermo centrale. Alt i alt fin kvalitet til prisen.
