「Great hotel near airport clean with good staff」

「Services was so very bad」

「Booked as a last minute stop before early flight next morning but would definitely book again if ever returning to Alicante. Check in was done via WhatsApp as we arrived after 4pm but once contacted they replied promptly and sorted everything within minutes. Room was clean and presentable. Bed was super comfy. Shower was great. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Reception clean and tidy. Couldn’t complain about a thing. We had just come from a ‘4 star Hotel’ elsewhere and this spot put it to shame....

「Another fine stay, Hostal wouldn't warrant a stay of more than a few days, but really good for early departures from Alicante/Elche airport, or late arrivals, though make sure you have your details as it's automated check in later on.」

「Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.」

「Quite and fresh hotel. Reception person was available even we arrived at midnight 2AM. Good breakfast, free coffee/tea/water 24 hours. A perfect place for one night rest and continue during the traveling trip.」

「Worst experience ever - the room smells mouldy and me and my wife felt suffocated just from staying there for 1 hr. We tried everything, opened windows and vented for a long time but the smell keeps coming back. Note that this was the «deluxe» room! I immediately booked a new hotel and moved for fear of our health. As the contact guy(Carlos) said he didn’t have other rooms available and couldn’t come over to help us. I have saved the entire conversation. We filed for refund later, they lied...

「Fabulous clean hotel with helpful staff and big rooms. The hotel is a bit out of the way and the local shop was a lifesaver for water and snacks. Lots of restaurants/ bars around an 8 minute walk. The only reason I’ve given a 4 star is the WiFi was very hot and miss and WiFi is really important to us as I work while I’m away. Apart from that everything was perfect. We’ll definitely stay again.」
