A short taxi from airport, parking on site. Bar open till midnight, food till 11pm. Snacks from machine in adjacent ibis budget is handy.. Helpful friendly staff, clean room and super quiet, corridors under renovation but would definitely stay again.

The actual dates of our stay were April10-12. Despite the fact that the parking lot is enclosed by a gated fence, my wife's tote bag was stolen from the back seat of the car while she was sitting in the front passenger seat. This took place during the time that I was at the registration desk. Staff downloaded the parking lot video which clearly shows the thief grabbing the bag and then running through a pedestrian gate which was being held open by an accomplice. The onsite staff were very helpful and if not for this unfortunate incident, I would have given the hotel an overall "Excellent" rating. Sadly, it was a very unpleasant end to an otherwise wonderful 2 and one-half month stay in Spain.

The room was great, clean and spacious, no tea/coffee machine. It is very far from the centre and the buses are every hour but we just used uber, costing £6-13 each time. Breakfast was ok, not much choice. Staff ordered a taxi to the airport for us and it tuned up in minutes which was good.

Near Alicante

Good location if travelling by car,on arrival staff were friendly, room was basic but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, cold meats, cheeses, boilled eggs and a choice of breads. I would definitely stay there again

Location is TERRIBLE! It is not close to any place of importance. It is not close to any shopping center or restaurant. I had to take a taxi to get to the closest restaurant. Breakfast was at best average. Dinner was edible but well below average.
