This holiday has been nothing short of incredible. The hotel is absolutely amazing — top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff have gone above and beyond to make our stay special. Special thanks to Borja (concierge), Stafane (bartender), Jose (grounds manager), and many others who’ve treated us with such warmth and care. I was disappointed to find that the hotel was preparing for a private party from Tuesday or Wednesday, which was not intended for hotel guests. This culminated in the pool being closed all day on Friday without prior notice to the guests. Although we were given access to the Jardin Milenio at a nearby hotel, it was still an unusual experience. However would stay there again!

Fantastic property. Easy access to town, great parking. It's like an oasis in the town centre. Lovely gardens, small spa, outdoor pool (too cold on our visit). Also a very good breakfast. Very good and highly recommend

It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see.

Beautiful set up in the palm trees with a great pool area, very peaceful, relaxing environment. The rooms are ok, need a little updating… on-site secure parking fee for the day.

Nice Hotel and strange bathroom!

Very Nice Hotel with wonderful surroundings! The only thing we didnt like was that The bathroom had no door. So when my friend took a shower I had to leave If I didnt want to see her naked.

very nice stay

the hotel and the garden, pool and rooms are all very nice. It is also very calm even if there are very big parties taking place. The restaurant is also serving very good food.

Pros: - great surrounding with palm trees all around the hotel - food from the restaurant is top notch Cons: - lots of mosquitoes - our bathroom had a terrible smell and we could not changed room as the hotel was full. Quite disappointing for the price (300eur+ a night)

Need to update Hotels.com / Expedia web informatio

The stay was wonderful. The only challenge is thqt Hotels.com lists for room types is not accurate. The Hotels.com web page has a "junior suite" option that I booked but the hotel has both "junior suit" and a junior suite residence" room types. We were originally assigned to a "residence" but only because of an excellent staff was the correction made.
