「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. 「Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「Thank you Grand Muchu Oura View Club. For a pleasant stay and enjoyable holiday. I got in contact with the hotel prior to arriving as our flight arrived in Faro early in the morning. This was excellently acknowledged and our early check into the hotel was fully accomodated. My travelling party needed the extra support and this was honoured by the reception team.
