"Do NOT book here! I prepaid via Expedia, and when I arrived, they said they had sold out of rooms and had NO room for me at their hotel. They said I would have to stay at another “sister” hotel down the street (which wasn’t as nice).

"They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well. We ended up having to drive back to the airport to find a different hotel last minute. Very disappointed and unprofessional. "
