"Rm was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Quiet stay even though completely full. We have stayed at other hotels in Branson for decades. Best stay ever!"

Thousand Hills Resort Hotel

"The entire facility seems to have been updated lately, but only some of the things. Screws missing on things on the wall and rings around the sprinklers hanging off. They do not do daily towel exchanges. The showers are nice and hot. The AC struggles to keep the room cool. They were helpful at check in to help us book shows. The breakfast buffet was always hopping."

"This place is fantastic. There are 2 things that made it less than perfect. First, 4pm check-in and a 10am checkout means 2 less hours avaliable. 10am is freaking early. I like sleeping in. Why pay more when other hyatts and hotels are 11-12 checkouts? Second. When you call "the front desk" it's an AI service claiming to be a person at the front desk. No thank you. Personal service. You can't be that busy."
