"The room we were given smelled terribly of smoke which was an issue for me and since we checked in later in the evening we did not address with the staff. Could not get a restful stay unfortunately. Staff check in and other interactions were great, just room smell. "

"My Family and I really enjoyed our sat at the Hyatt House hotel in Royal Oak. The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We had an issue with our toilet immediately after checking in and going our room and the staff resolved it immediately. The front desk staff were Amazing friendly, very informative and nice. I would like to compliment the young man that prepares the breakfast he was Amazing, complimentary. And we enjoyed the breakfast and family atmosphere in the lobby.
