「One time stay. Excellent property better in evening and night」

「Nous avons l’habitude de fréquenter l’hôtel chaque été . Mention spéciale pour les serveurs et serveuses ( Mohamed oussama Ismail) ils sont au top . Tout de même nous avons été déçu de l’animation du soir . Les animations se passent dans une salle alors qu’auparavant c’était à l’extérieur qui été bcp mieux」

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「It was such a beautiful location, I miss it! The room was larger than I expected, and bathroom was spacious and clean. The building and entire space was beautiful. The pool was cool and clean. Breakfast was delicious and more than satisfying, served outside. Staff were friendly and kind. The hammam experience was intense and satisfying, and massage was one of best ever gotten. I would love to go back and stay again!」

「Before coming here we were in a Riad in the Medina. The internet convinced me that was an authentic way to see Morroco. The Riad was full of cockroaches, one crawling on my daughter while she slept. We left the Riad. This hotel is a dream come true. Comfy bed, mini fridge, a tv, and cold air. The bed is great and the bathroom modern. The unlimited cappuccino machine and free cd juice was a nice touch.」

「Best stay we have had so far on all our visits to Marrakesh over the years. The complex is surrounded by the most beautiful well kept lush gardens which added to the whole relaxed feel of the hotel. Of course it’s remote, but most are, however I feel that’s better so you can dip in and out of the busy sights and Medinas if you want and free shuttle anyway or cheap taxis all day. I had decided not to return to Morocco a couple of years ago but Barcelo has completely changed our minds and will...
