「Our flight got delayed and my daughter was alone at the hotel. Siham at the front desk helped her with the information she needed. Also she guided us with the area and also was ready to refund us for the days we did not stay. The welcome was really nice and the rooms were kept in good shape. The break fast was the best we had in Marrakech」

「We had the best time at the Palais Moulais Said Spa - our favourite stay across our trip. Reda was the most welcoming host, who gave us so many tips, advice and local knowledge as well as making us laugh each day. We are very grateful for the hospitality, the ideal location of the spa, and the overall comfort. This is definitely where we would book to stay again should we return to Marrakech. 」
