「So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. 「The apartment was high quality. Cleanliness was average. Poorly equipped with cutlery, no cups or large drinking glasses. Two of the 3 basin taps were broken and unstable. Room was serviced only once in 2 weeks and only after it was requested.」
