"When we drove up, I was a little concerned. The lobby isn't very big, and it's dated. The outside looks dated, too. But when we opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, spacious, had a great view of the ocean, a good-sized bathroom, fridge, comfortable beds, and a balcony. The price was good too. Close to shops and right across the street from the ocean. "

"Couch cover was dirty, carpet was nasty old and a tripping hazard with wrinkles in it, room smelled moldy, bathtub non-slip pad was filthy, old wall heaters made the room stink when turned on, bedroom TV would not turn on and remote in LR wou6not turn up/down volume.not"
