「Wall is thin and the room is cold in the evening. 」

「The room was clean, and the bed was clean. The property was quiet and close to town. The room was very small and dated. Otherwise it was fine. Good enough if you weren't planning on spending your entire vacation in your room.」

「Very beautiful property. Room was great with fantastic view and balcony. Only inconvenience is you can't park by your room. You must get help with your bags via the office and golf cart people to take you back and forth with luggage. I was disappointed with the onsite restaurant. I believe this used to be an upscale steak and seafood restaurant and now it is pizza and burgers. Beautiful area!!! This complex has some homeowners and some hotel. I was told it was built in 1975.」

「The property is subject to the road noise of the highway. The unit was tiny; the bathroom was the largest room. There was dirt, rust, cracked, exposed electrical wiring, and a crooked, hanging curtain. Terrible plumbing; the shower water spilled outside onto the entire bathroom floor. The property has permanent residents; unfortunately, a sketchy crowd. I dreaded going back to the hotel after a day of activities; I felt unsafe. I desperately searched for other accommodations (sold out).」

「This property had no staff to help us at all. We arrived at 3:45pm. They were supposed to be there till 5. The cabin is old, rustic, tiny shower in tiny bathroom. Our cabin was right on the highway so very noisy. The beds were nice with nice linens. It was NOT worth the $400 it cost me to stay there one night」

「Stayed at the property for 6 days. Front desk to cleaning staff were great. Received daily text messages to schedule housekeeping. Room was updated and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Walk-in showers, no issues with pressure or hot water. The property exterior was dated and walkway’s and stairs were completely serviceable but what is expected of a property that is basically on the beach.
