「We were impressed we showed up real late and the office closes early the put our keys outside where we were able to retrieve them did not have to go to the office once ! Also for those of you that still smoke like my mother momma it does say non smoking property but they do have a few Ash trays out side that can be used just please use them or that rule will be taken away ! 「Wow, where to start? My room was dirty- sticky debris on the floor and on the counter in the bathroom. I didn’t even want to walk in the room with my shoes and off it was so grimy. Sheets smelled clean but looked dirty (e.g. hair, stains). There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and at one point I could see it wafting in the hallway despite the rooms being non-smoking. 「The manager/owner was very responsive when I asked for a clean bedspread, as the one in our current room had pet hair all over it. I asked for a clean bedspread and he graciously moved us to a new room that was also an upgrade at no additional charge. Once moved, we found the bathroom floor around the tub and toilet very dirty/moldy, toilet not very clean, plunger had toilet paper from last use, no Kleenexes, broken shower surround, anti-slip mat in tub moldy, barely useable/leaking faucet and...

「Parking was a major issue. We got there later in the evening and the spots that were left to park in were small (narrow). I had a hard time getting our stuff out of the back seat. The lot is also a weird shape. Front desk staff was wonderful. Our room was very spacious and had a wondeful set up, but the bed was hard on my hips. 」
