Independent Ossola Valley hotels

"This hotel is very horrible. When I checked in, I told the clerk at the front desk that I am a 70-year old man and I need a convenient room. The room assigned to me is on the fourth floor, room number is 40, which is not a regular room. In this room, the ceiling of shower area is very low, and I can’t have a shower and stand strict up, my head hitting the ceiling. … I was hurt … This room should not be put in the market for servicing guests. I request that my money should be fully refunded I will fight for it."

"The hotel is beautiful and the spa and pool are fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was also delicious with lots of choices. It’s a long curvy ride up the mountain but the view is worth it."

"The staff went above and beyond to answer questions, help with taxi and arrange breakfast for an early departure. The hotel is perhaps a 15 min. Walk from the train station and close to the gondola for the ski area, was also easy to navigate to and from. We chose it for a three bed bedroom."
