Staff super cordiale, unica sfortuna: avevamo prenotato una double/twin room e non ci é stato chiesto se preferivamo avere un letto matrimoniale o due singoli (anche colpa mia comunque, potevo avvisare di mia iniziativa). Abbastanza insonorizzata ma comunque accanto a strade a scorrimento veloce. Colazione nel bar annesso, buona ma non a buffet. Ristorante anneso con piatti non ricercati ma prezzi onestissimi. In generale consiglio. 」

「We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.」

「從火車站往市中心一直走8-10分鐘就到達，市中心很多食店，酒店大堂和房間的裝修和設備有點舊,像70年代，訂了兩個房間但其中一個厠所有點臭味，但以價格來說value for money，尤其和鄰近地區比較(Andermatt, Visp)」

「The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows.」

「Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu...
