「The room was spacious and clean but the air con didn’t work and the room was 27 degrees all night. There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. 「You cannot reserve a carpark place but we had no problem getting one whenever we returned after a day out. Room was great and even had a fan supplied for this hot spell food menu was good and our meals were great. Perfect base for visiting local area and lovely town and river walks for evening strolls.」
