「The staff members were all OUTSTANDING and KIND. Primary the front desk ladies, bit also the breakfast ladies and housekeepers!
This only happens through the efforts of local management. Recruiting and training the right people and maintaining a supportive environment, but also one that demands great customer care.

「My room at West Bank Inn was a bit dated but very clean. The Inn had a very beachy vibe with a lakeside balcony.
The bed was so comfortable and the shower felt really good...ample hot water with good pressure.
There is also a Keurig with K-cups on the bottom level with 24 hour access and vending on the second floor.
If you visit Celina be sure to eat at the SpeakEasy Steak & Ale and have breakfast at the Bay restaurant. Both were wonderful!
I'm really glad we stayed at the West Bank Inn! I felt...

「The room was dirty. Comforter had stains as did the pillows. There was a weird smell and even the main door had a large gap on the side of it. Not planning to stay here ever again. Already booked my next 3 weeks of travel elsewhere!
It’s cheap but not worth it.」

「These rooms are huge there's a microwave coffee pot and refrigerator granted mine didn't freeze very solidly The air conditioner and heat worked well The king size bed was very comfortable everything was clean and neat. I'll stay here again and I highly recommend it.」
