If your looking for an inexpensive no frills motel this is the place. Its an older property but safe, clean and well cared for.

Perfect stop on a road trip with my dog. I appreciate places that require you to sign to take responsibility for your dog so the owners can continue to offer a pet-friendly environment.

Sara is an excellent owner and hostess. The motel is a quaint 1950’s type of motel that has been well taken care of with nice updates tp the rooms.

This is like a step back in time to the 1950's. The hotel is quaint, super clean, with a darling family staff that wants your stay to be comfortable. I highly recommend this motel. Grocery and restaurants in walking distance, friendly staff.

Nice place, but be aware
We were in town as part of a trip to see family. The hotel is a nice property, very clean, but needs updating. My main issue was the mattress was quite uncomfortable, as well as they could convert a few rooms to king beds. Double is the biggest they have.

We were just looking for a place to crash for the night and while it met the need, I would not stay there again. The heat would not turn off so it was above 80 degrees with no option to turn down as thermostat did not work. The shower was tiny but no real review as it was not used as it was not at all inviting. Beds were clean but not comfortable. Glad we only stayed for less then 8 hours. Uncertain I would say it was worth the cost of admission. Had I realized the reality of the place, I would have just drove a little bit further.

Evergreen Inn is an old-style motel loaded with charm. Don't expect anything fancy, but do expect to step into a simpler era that acts like a balm on today's harried souls. The owner's warm greeting immediately makes you feel at home. It's a pity I don't expect to get back to Osceola often, because I know where I'd stay.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night that was dog friendly. Nothing fancy by any means! Could use updating very badly. Beds were comfortable but small. Nice they had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was very small and the sink was in main room. Liked the ceiling fan but a light by the bed would’ve been nice. Check in was very fast and pleasant. If your looking for just a night’s sleep it worked. It was clean also except for stain on carpet.

Good clean fun!
It’s was clean, easy and comfortable. As other ppl said the TV is a bit small but I’m not traveling to watch the same old tv. My husband and I had a nice stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfy so that pretty much hit our expectation. The town was nice and the hospitality was good.
