「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Location great Very roomy. Could have used a frying pan, pot holders, and laundry basket since it requested we put linen in a laundry basket upon departure. Lock box for key did not work.」

「The complex was nice and very nice clean rooms, the water park was nice and huge. Definitely would visit again 」

「The Place Awesome it was a family trip we had great time my 2 kids love the Pool, the Lazy river. they love the hold place. places are not far from Condo. Great communication they always was checking if we needed anything it was great. Thank You 」
