「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. 「Very clean. I got the one with one bedroom, kitchen and living room area, and it was spacious enough for 6 of us. King size bed with hot tub and 2 full size sofa beds. The area has a beautiful view to wall around and take pictures. The pool was ok」

The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. 「Everything was great during our stay.we loved the homey feel with everything we needed from 3bedrooms to the full kitchen. The only negative was there could be a few more towels etc for a full family.Although there was a washer/dryer there, it took time out of of vacation time. But all things being equal it was a great stay」

「This home was gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay Reserve. Upon our arrival, we had a minor mishap in gaining access through the keypad. An email was sent and another keypad code was issued. Allowing us access to our home away from home. The temperature was a bit stuffy, but the aroma was fresh and welcoming.
