"Unique Western style hotel in the middle of the city with close proximity to the railway station and an opera house. The area is quiet and serene. Access is convenient and parking is abundant and easy. Very romantic - we walked in to a grand French inspired banquet hall with red carpet staircase and high ceilings, decorated with beautiful chandeliers. The breakfast is delicious with a large spread of Western and Japanese options. The room itself is a bit small, but the beds are some of the softest we've had in our Japan trip, so we got a really good night's sleep."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the station. Minoh waterfall is nearby. The infinity onsen offers an amazing city view. The morning and dinner buffet feature a wide selection of food. However, the hotel is a bit worn out. There are too many people especially in the restaurant. Too crowded."
