"The only downside to the hotel is that there is a similarly named hotel in the building next to it so we got lost trying to check in (and saw others do the same during the same). The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfy. We got a room with a balcony which was a great choice with a great view, though you have to be careful because the crows are massive! Anything that we needed, the staff helped us out. The cleaning staff, too, were also very attentive. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side if you've got big luggage, but I think you can see that from the pictures. The room itself is comfy, the bathroom is spacious and updated. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again."

"Was worth the extra $ for the partial water view. Nice touch of extra water provided each day. Elevators could take awhile as they seemed to favour trips to the roof. Cleaning daily could have been better. Water glasses were never replaced or washed over three nights. Great location for the beach and the amenities at the end of the beach. Desk staff were helpful. Linens and beds were comfortable and good quality."

"A hotel with a youth hostel name. It’s a massive conference centre, with no real personality or comfort! The rooms and spaces are clean and functional but no real space to relax. You are a way from Buson so need to get taxis or have a car. No public transport nearby. There are no bars or restaurants, 2 vending machines. Food places do deliver if you get stuck. It’s cheap but for a reason!"

"The room has a balcony with a beautiful ocean view. 2 people can stay well and enjoy simple cooking, washing clothes, and buying foods from 3 convenient stores nearby. Though, Its location is not optimal for tourists in Busan. Without a taxi app, it will be challenging to move around."

"수습직원 교육 중이라 그런지 체크인 속도가 상당히 더뎠습니다. 그리고 2대 있는 엘리베이터가 규모가 작다보니 체크아웃이 몰리는 아침에는 너무 혼잡합니다. 객실 청결은 매우 훌륭하고 토요코인의 조식은 정갈하고 맛있습니다."
