「Staff lovely. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. The room was ok but the shower room was full of black mould. In the room damp by the window. Really cold despite having a plug in heater. Expedia sold this as a stay with breakfast included, which it was not All in all disappointed. We have received a partial refund 」

「It's in a remote location which is nice if you want to get away from it all. Good value. The sat navigation took us down a very potholed road but the road on the other side was in better condition so just something to be aware of. Characterful hotel, particularly the foyer. The breakfast was ok, very filling. Service was a bit chaotic with no plates when we arrived so had to wait. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were welcoming. The games room has seen better days. 」

「Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The overall condition of the property feels quite poor and in need of refurbishment. The rooms and facilities seem outdated and would really benefit from a proper upgrade. One of the main issues was the noise — we could clearly hear flushing and plumbing from the room above, which was quite disruptive, especially at night. Parking was also misleading.
