「Expérience malheureusement décevante. L’accueil a été assez désorganisé, avec des chambres encore en attente de nettoyage à 16h. L’hôtel ne disposait pas de climatisation, sans que cela nous soit signalé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a rendu le séjour très inconfortable avec la chaleur. Autre point important : l’établissement était présenté comme un 4 étoiles sur le site de réservation, alors qu’il est en réalité classé 3 étoiles depuis un certain temps. 「A first class stay. I cannot get over the flexibility, friendliness and how helpful was their receptionist(Maria). If only there was a way to stay there again! Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There also is a fridge and microwave for use. 」

「Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. 」
