「This is a really unique, beautiful hotel with a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast, though expensive, was excellent. Recommended.」

「We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. The property itself is nice, it is modern, the room was clean, stylish, had great air con. Unfortunately the staff were really quite unbothered and unhelpful which made this experience not at all 5-star. We arrived with large bags and were not offered any help with getting them to our room. We were given no information about the on site amenities such as the spa, nor was there any written information about it. Later we wanted to get more bits...

「Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom .」

「Nous avons rencontré un gros problème ,annonce mal renseignée, une personne sur les trois était blessé au pied , pas de rampe pour atteindre le deuxième étage , dangereux à la montée et vraiment impossible dans la descente ( escaliers en colimaçon ), le couple d'amis qui m'accompagnait ont du dormir à l'hôtel, double frais , il est évident que nous ne sommes pas satisfait de ce séjour pour faute d'informations sur les lieux . Sinon pour des personnes valides, cet appartement est très bien ,...

「Excellent stay — I only wish we had stayed longer. The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I particularly loved the beautiful décor with cotton flowers, a lovely touch reflecting Troyes and the region’s textile heritage. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for just one night, so unfortunately didn’t have time to explore all the facilities. Definitely a place we would love to return to.」

「Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. 」
