Nice large studio apartment in great location. Walking distance to the town centre. Unfortunately the building is in the middle of a building site at the moment. It is however quiet. Would not recommend for mid summer as no aircon but with a fan was ok in cooler times.

Great studio

Very serviceable and clean studio apartment in a quiet neighbourhood just outside of city centre. Loved having the balcony overlooking the river.

Central position

Very basic accommodation however spotlessly clean & very nice staff. Great position, approximately 10 min walk from centre of town. Secure underground car park. Good , inexpensive continental breakfast. Slightly odd that the hotel seemed to be part of a complex with assisted living for elderly!

One night stay enroute to Switzerland

We have stayed here many times enroute to Switzerland. We have always been very pleasedwith everything . However this time the APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY as only one small pan, no frying pan, no teaspoons,only one wineglass, no dishes to heat anything in microwave. The overall room was very clean and checkin very quick

Reception was not manned and I missed the instruction to submit arrival details 24 hours in advance so we had to go for a walk and come back later. Apartment was large but not well equipped. I have stayed in much nicer places for a similar price. However, good underground parking and not far to walk into centre of old town. Situated in middle is decaying industrial site which was interesting!

Well worth a visit

This is the second time we have stayed here and hopefully we will return next year and stay for a longer period. On first seeing the property from the road it appears to be derelict but once you are down the drive there is a new modern building. The original derelict part of the site is now being developed and it will be interesting to see the result. As stated in the details the apartments are part of a sheltered housing scheme for older people but don't let this put you off . The apartments are clean modern an very nicely furnished with windows opening onto,the canal. Parking is 5 euros a night in a secure carpark. The cathedral and town centre is a very short walk away and Troyes is a beautiful old city well worth a visit,

Résidence mixte près du centre ville, parking souterrain et accueil sympathique. Personnel discret et agréable. On attend avec impatience la fin des travaux.

Dommage qu'il soit pas précisé que le parking est souterrain donc limité en hauteur... De plus centre ville mais loin de tous commerce. Il faut aussi préciser que c'est dans une maison pour séniors, un peu spécial le concept.

Propreté accueil impeccables comme toujours mais literie très variable selon les chambres et cette fois ci très inconfortable. Difficulté aussi à régler le chauffage ( radiateur seulement dans la salle de bains donc ouvrir ou fermer la porte la nuit pour avoir une température correcte …)
