Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Hotels location was perfect. Rooms were a good size for a family of 5. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant food was enjoyable. Fast passes and river boat transport were a big bonus. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been here perhaps 10 times over the last 20 years and I always have a good stay. Staff are incredibly friendly. Let’s check in the orchid lounge in the lobby does tremendous sushi. Js bar is always a winner in the Poole is very very nice. But the walk to others adventure and universal perhaps seven minutes if that. The boats are also available. They kept the property up beautifully and I always have a lovely stay. You are gonna have to pay for parking and taxes so you’re not going there for the cheap house but you are going for the lovely saying more importantly express pass which is fantastic.

During our recent stay at the Royal Pacific, we were truly impressed by the exceptional service that made our visit unforgettable. Lexi, from the guest services team, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was special. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The wonderful surprise she arranged in our room was a delightful touch that added to our overall enjoyment and made us feel celebrated. Additionally, our dining experience at Jake’s America Bar was elevated by the excellent service provided by Sam. His friendly approach and knowledge of the menu helped us navigate our options, and he made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. The combination of Lexi's thoughtful service and Sam's attentive care truly enhanced our stay, leaving us with lasting memories. Thank you, Lexi and Sam, for your outstanding service!
