We did not end up staying here. We didn’t feel safe, garbage was overflowing in hall garbage can, rat traps in hall way, our room had mold.

The room was not clean. The shower smelled of urine.The bar never opened and we were there on a Friday night. Looks beautiful in pictures. Definitely needs some TLC.

the place was ok but not family desirable, elevator is off the whole time i was there for 2 weeks, said that they will fix it but nothing happened, wifi is off too for the same reason, i requested a new bulb from one of the lampstand there but none happened, people can come from the back entrance and you smell smoking cigarette in the vicinity, not too strong but you can tell the difference. breakfast was not much options. the staff tried to be nice and polite but there is something need to be done in this location. Place is beautiful but I might agree with the rest of the reviews online. peace!

The man at the front desk was really really nice when I checked in Friday. The only thing is is that they put us in room 219 when we got up to 219 after they told us that the elevator did not work did we realize that somebody was already enrolled 219 then I put us in room 357 they come to find out they don’t clean up rooms every day if you stay there more than three days they’re not gonna clean your room every day they’re not gonna even bring you any clean towels unless you ask them so and there’s a bar downstairs so on Friday it sound like it was a club. It was a very nice hotel may come back may Not.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was nice, but there were a lot of random people just walking about the property that made me and my family felt uncomfortable. They waited for us to use our card key to get inside the property and just walked in after us. One of the elevator wasn’t working - the front desk told us to use it (down the hall through those doors to the right). Which another guest told us that elevator has been broken all week and not been fixed. We didn’t know there was a second elevator, but only to find out after I checked out (same day). We were on the third floor. I had bad knees and a bad hip and wasn’t going to climb 3 floors up everyday (booked for a week stay). The stairs were dirty and broken and falling apart. The overall front desk rep was nice but it felt like the property was falling apart and felt unsafe.

Place was filthy infested with roaches the remote to tv did not work the light sockets were broken it was loud lots of people roaming around outside kept me up all night we checked out early and still had 3 more nights to stay because it was so bad there and I booked through Expedia so of course the hotel told Expedia they had no record of me checking out early and would not offer no refund

The whole place needs a good scrubbing and a paint job. Equipment in the gym outdated and mostly broken and unusable. Elevator didn’t work. Too much noise from the pool after midnight. Very poor breakfast choices. On the plus side. Lots of parking.

Terrible customer service! On a personal phone call and ignoring customers. Several staff members behind counter but not willing to assist customers. Told to stand in line. No curtains only blinds so room never got dark! Out of coffee, no bowls for cereal. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Pull out couch in the room was broken so we couldn’t sleep on it the first night but they did replace it the next day. Not the cleanest place but you get what you pay for so I won’t complain there. Where I have an issue is when somehow i accidentally got checked out of my 3 night stay after one night and the gm called me yelling at me like it was my fault. Ruined a whole day of our vacation because we had t come all the way back to get it sorted out. The man who helped me was very nice and helpful. The gm could take a lesson from his customer service skills because the issue was completely on their end.
