"Rooms were very clean, bedding was comfortable, view from screened in balcony a bonus! Lots of amenities, but didn’t have time to take advantage of all of them. Pools were heated but got really crowded. Shuttles to parks were very convenient, just note that the bus may drop off or pick up at all the parks so the ride is a little longer. Nice chartered shuttle bus."

"The rooms are small and outdated, staff was average. We arrived late around 1:30 am. The keys werent working called front desk, security took over 25 minutes to come help. We were exhausted and the kids also. They do come to take the garbage but they dont change the sheets. The pool was cleaned and they had towels. For the location i will say this place is below the standard of what you want in orlando. "
