Breakfast on the weekend starts too late. Front office staff are ok No complimentary early check in or late checkout Pool area and lazy river is fun

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Large rooms, lots of space and well supplied kitchens. Property had a lot of entertainment. Pools were nice but very crowded. Spray park was fun but severely understaffed which caused most rides to be closed.
