Nice pools, fun lazy river & water slides. Very pricey drinks. Tip is automatically added. Check in was not good. We requested a quiet room with a nice view and got neither. Housekeeping is only upon request, including toilet paper etc. Very dated patio furniture. Nice staff.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Easy check in. Rooms are super clean stocked with towels etc. There is an added daily fee for parking. So much to do at this resort from the pools to the activities. Food is great too. Centrally located close to all the parks in Orlando. We would definitely come back.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
Charging ports didn’t work and burned out my wire. Phone didn’t work. 1 small bar of soap for 2 people for 4 days. House cleaning at a charge unless it’s over a week stay … room is very basic. Not complaining tho on that since it did include a fridge and microwave and cutlery!
