「cozy little romantic cottage only a couple blocks from the beach. very clean and dog friendly. close to town and other shopping. 」

「Cute well furnished cottage. Only issue was the extremely pokey weed things on the walk to the beach that left splinters in our feet and dogs paws, but there was someone trying to remove the dried bushes. 」

「The carpets and floors were dirty and every inch of woodwork was nicked and battered. We had to wash everything in the kitchen before using it. The kitchen drawers and cupboards were dirty inside and out. One of the showers was not functional and it was a bathtub only bathroom. The bathrooms were ok but were not exceptionally well cared for. The master had the start of mold in several places. One of the toilets was slanted and leaning to one side. The landscaping was overgrown. The furnishings...

「This location was perfect by all metrics! Clean, spacious, attractive, well appointed, safe, conveniently located with everything in good working order. We couldn’t have been more pleased. If we return to Lincoln City, this would be our first choice of places to stay. 」
