「The hotel room was amazing and the view was even better! We had a room on the first floor with our own balcony and the view was right across from the beach, we could see Haystack Rock from our room」

「Check in was at 4pm, our room wasn't clean until 9pm!!! The room was dirty, most lilely due to houskeepimg rushing. There was a line out of the lobby with many other guests upset and unable to check in. This was absolutely unacceptable. Management was little to no help!! Will NEVER stay again 」

「We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The room was big, but the microwave in the room did not work. The breakfast was good.」

「It’s spring break in Oregon which you would think would mean more staff or the property being ready to handle that. First impression going to our room was a heaping garbage in front of our room , definitely not emptied an it was still the same after 3 days being there . The pool had no towels for us and we had to wait nearly an hour to get any. Then the sauna was broken, the bathroom in the pool area was not cleaned either . 「Didn't use hottube or swimming pool. Room was vary clean but old, concrete was cracked and dip in walkways, but crue was great very nice and a pleasure to talk to.」

「Gorgeous location, Everything is very spread out so you must be up to lots of walking. Limited restaurant hours and no guest amenities in the lobby. A circuit blew so we lost power at 11:00pm. The pool has no changerooms or full showers or towels, and no robes are available so you have to walk soaking wet from pool to room. Pool itself is great. 」
