「The staff couldn’t determine if I had pre-paid breakfast included in my reservation (I did) and had to get them resolved at the front desk every morning. When I went the first morning they served me an undercooked egg and potato dish and part of it was frozen. Barely any one was there to even keep the breakfast items stocked. We ended up wasting the money we spent the next two days because we didn’t want to get food poisoning. Barely anyone was at the front desk most times and we’d have to wait...

「Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.」

「Amazing atmosphere, the architecture and design were so awe-inspiring to be around. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall this is an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with lots of character.
The only thing is that the area feels a bit sketchy at times... but honestly would 100% stay here again.」
