「Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there...

However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
