「Nicely sized comfortable room. Staff pleasant and approachable. Breakfast good selection of food and no queuing . Had evening meal at the restaurant good sized portions and good service.」

「The beds were lumpy and hard. The house was extremely cold on arrival and took a whole day to heat up. There internet was almost nonexistent. The furniture was old and dilapidated; not comfortable at all. 」

「I had an average overall experience l. The hotel interior is great, the customer service was pleasant but just ok and my room was a disappointment as it had the wirr of the kitchen fans going for the bulk of my stay and no view at all. If booking through a third party it seems to be a norm you could have a room experience like mine. If you want a great room ensure you pay for the view.」

「The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed 」

「Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival.」

「The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Such a lovely old building, beautifully decorated. Staff were so welcoming and friendly even built us a gorgeous fire while we relaxed and played cards.」
