"The room is very clean & alstaff waa able to clean the room the day after our check-in. Staff in the reception is very good, helpful and accomodating . However the staff in the restaurant (8th July morning) are quite intimidating. While we are having our breakfast they keep on coming into our table or sneak and we felt like we are being watched with their little gestures. This is so annoying & we felt like weve been discriminated. Please do something about this. We didnt even had a peaceful breakfast. This is our first time to experience on a hotel. We were having a problem that time when my son had allergic reactions whilst on the restaurant and we dont know where it is coming from."
"The hotel and my room were very nice. Staff really helpful. The lack of decaff coffee or sweetness was disappointing. Pod coffee machine in my room was a bit hit and miss. Lovely fresh fruit available a real plus
Gym n sauna good."
"Really enjoyed my stay here. Everyone was really nice and helpful. It was super easy to find. Only a short walk from the subway station. I would definitely stay again next time. Room was little small but for a solo traveler it was perfect especially as someone who was out exploring all day.
The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were also clean."
"We had a great stay with our 6 year old daughter! The one-bedroom suite was large, comfortable and quiet. The fitness room and pool were excellent. We also loved the food and ambiance at the restaurant Eli’s.
We fell in love with the neighborhood. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops and parks.
We also enjoyed the proximity to other charming neighborhoods in London.
Advice: (1) The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood but take into consideration where in London you’ll be traveling to during your stay as it’s a little far away from certain neighborhoods and tourist sites. We didn’t mind, given how nearby the bus and tube are, but others may want to consider this carefully. (2) If you have kids, don’t miss out on the Young V & A which is minutes away by foot. Many activities for kids there, and it was engaging for us adults as well. Also: it’s Free!!"
