"Very nice breakfast buffet that had some more interesting foods then most and plenty of it all very fresh. The themed rooms and memorabilia make it not your average dull chain hotel "

"Unfortunately, we were not sent a link to check in online. This meant we had to bring our driving licenses with us to London. The check in procedure was far too long and unnecessary, in my opinion, because we are UK nationals. The app didn't work correctly when we selected UK."

"It was okay just ddnt like the environment in which the hotel is in. And our room had a disabled toilet and very much open when showering to splutter water around. Made a payment £50 deposit when l checked in which l have not received up until. The money was deducted although they claim its a pre authorisation but nothing was added back after and it is already 7 days."
