Room kept clean. Room service attentive. Pool and sauna great. Location ok. We booked one bedroom apartment with laundry facility but had to ask for laundry powder. Also asked for bathrobes which we’ve seen other guests use but they never came. Being able to cast streaming services to tv was great.

Probably the best hotel room we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot over the years. The hotel is beautifully maintained and designed. The staff is great. The location was in the thick of things which is not ideal, but Tiergarten was just a few steps away so that provided a nice refuge from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. This is not a serene location if that is what you are looking for. Other than the lively location, we loved our stay at this hotel.

Excellent location for a visit to the sights of Berlin. Hackescher Market is next door with many dining options. Metro is there too. The apartment style accommodations are great. Spacious, clean room with a very good bathroom and bed. Unfortunately housekeeping is only every 3 days, so make your bed and save your towels! Check in staff were cordial but early check in was not available for us. Would stay again and recommend to all Berlin visitors.
