「i would not rate this place 1/2 a star the pictures they are showing is not even close to what the place looks i do not recommend staying there when open the door you right then it was bad the chair and couch had stains on them the bed room looked like would even think about sleeping there there was the smell of clorox bleach when opened up the door just a nasty place 」

「Literally, absolutely nobody went into the pool at all and it was spring break like that’s a fantastic time to swim so there must of been something wrong. With the house keeping they don’t mop behind the toilet and they will hardly clean your room they do the bare minimum with the stay overs. My experience here was terrible and when I brought up a complain to the owner/manager he completely ignored and refused to do anything about the problems. Not to mention they have no smoke detectors in any...

「The beds were not comfortable at all. Thin and hard mattress. Everything else was fine but I had the worst sleep here. 」

「The only negative I have is that when my daughter and I arrived, none of the outside lights were on and our room was in the little tucked away corner so it was impossible to see without a flash light. Other than that, it was very clean and well maintained. 」

Beds were clean, restrooms clean.. until the next day a large sized roach was found lingering in our bathroom. That kind of made our stay less pleasant. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」
