「Nothing good at all.」

「Bazı eksikler olsa da güzeldi 」

「This is a very cost-effective five-star hotel in Sarajevo. The best thing about it is that it is close to the airport, and the hotel can arrange a drop-off. What is not very convenient in the surrounding area is that there is only one burger fast food when going out to eat at night (the Internet review is not high), and the other one provides pite. The meat roll shop closes at 7pm (the service is very friendly and the taste is very good), so you need to find a convenience store at a nearby gas...

「It was nice hotel to stay」

「Oda yeterince temiz değil di 3 kişi olmamıza ve her gün hatırlatma yapmamıza rağmen 2 havlu bıraktılar internet yoktu kahvaltı kötüydü tavsiye etmiyorum masalar her zaman pisdi temizlik yoktu」

「Very disappointed!! Room was very old and used up and had stains on bed sheets! Bathroom had extremely scratched faucet, shower door wasn’t sealing and water was coming out while showering, shower floor was banding underneath my feet, drain cover was completely loose, pieces of toilet paper laying on the tiles and had small flies flying from toilet seat. Hotel doesn’t have any wending machines!」

「No air-conditioning, so imagine how it was at 35c. Hours before checking in i was notified about how to check my self in, cause there is no reception. Very inconvenient. I don't recommend this place.」

「The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at.」

「Fabulous modern large villas with 5 large bedrooms all bedrooms with private on suites (bathrooms), large lounge room, well equipped kitchen and superb 5 star hotel linen, and to top it all off exceptional clean and well maintained - with only a 15 minute drive into the heart of Sarajevo centre, yet surrounded by mountains and greenery, a total relaxation concept.」

「the employees were very rude」
