「Very cool and clean place」

「We got to the venue much later than we had planned, but it was a comfortable night in a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast.」

「Better to enjoy your coffee there rather than get it to go. The takeaway cups are so small that you end up throwing away half your coffee. They should offer larger takeaway cups to avoid this waste.」

「Convenient location for my business travel」

「Decent location. Easy car parking. The good points were breakfast. And a comfy bed. The negatives were no lift, and lots of steep stairs. The shower was very complicated to operate and took ages to reach a decent temperature and the control of the temperature was very stiff. No water provided. All in all bit run down.」

「The Royal Oak is the best place to stay in London. The staff is superb, very friendly and quite helpful. The food prepared by their cook Sammi is delicious - the slow-roasted tomatoes were the best, she roasted them overnight and they were sooooo good!! Our room was very clean, well appointed, cleaned daily and filled with goodies and tea! Jay, Dawn, Maria and the rest of the staff made our stay so enjoyable!! They always had time for us, answered every question we had, helped us navigate...

「Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle.」

「離倫敦市區很近，房屋小巧舒適」

「Ontbijt matig goede schone en ruime kamers prijs kwaliteit prima」

「The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. They only change bedsheets after a 3 night stay, which was puzzling for me because I was of the understanding that the bedsheets should be changed every day unless stated otherwise by the guest. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...

「People at reception is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is alittle far from London downtown (30mins by tube). It also takes about 30~45 mins to King's Cross Station and Paddington Station. Moreover, the quality of breakfast should be improved.」

「Pretty good, the guest room is clean, tidy and very comfortable.」

「Lovely clean and well equipped cosy room with a super comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and easy to find.」
