「Noisy. Few bathroom amenities」

「I enjoyed my stay and both the owner and hostess were very nice. The owner visited for breakfast and interacted with me and my spouse and made us feel very welcomed. Her hostess was very friendly and a joy to talk with. Loved Belize city and our stay.」

「We had a great stay. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was clean. The only problem was that there was no housekeeping done and we had to keeping calling for basic toiletries and towels. Also, the water runs very slowly so it’s hard to do the dishes. Showering took longer than usual. Apart from that it was lovely.」

「As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and...

「When I checked in I was given a different room than I booked. The room was nicer than my original room but did not have the kitchenette I was planning on using so that complicated things a bit. Also the rooftop terrace was not in the same condition that was shown online and after around 4pm each day I could not access it as I did not usage a key that would work. The shower and tub also did not have hot water.」

「The entire staff was very nice and helpful and cheerful. They clearly like their jobs. The room was very clean. Special mention for Adrian who transported me from and to the airport, very knowledgeable about the country and its culture. I loved the breakfast. I will stay there again.」

「The staff is friendly most of the time. The best person was Daisi, kitchen area and the morning chef, Mr. Ellis and Daisi always had an smile on her face and make me feel at home.
