「Fantastic location in the centre of the city just a short walk from the main food and drink square and close to the market. Compact rooms very clean and modern. Excellent staff. But no car park so need to use one of the ones nearby. 」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. 「We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good. 「Perfect Apartment in the old City of Bilbao. Very clean and for a family of four perfect with 3 beds. Your are staying in the pedestrian area and have a nice view from your window to the buzzeling crowed. Only small disadvantage is the way to the parking, as we had Four big luggages. Would stay definately again, as everything was very digital and per WhatsApp, which made it easy. Bilbao as City was gar better and exiting as expected.」
