「Felt so clean and comfortable.」

「The room was clean and basic which was fine and easy to check. The free breakfast was good enough and easily accessed. One inconsistency was the unexpected charge increase for our dog as Expedia’s website and the hotel’s charge was different. Staff responded with that it was not their concern as this was booked through Expedia. Still, the hotel was fine.」

「The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.」

「First, the outside of the hotel needs some work on the ends where the little porch cover is broken off and leaning up against the door, the pulldown blinds that you can see from the windows were ripped. We went inside there was no person, to talk to. Its virtually which worked out fine. They wanted a card or cash to keep on file for incidentals. 「The second floor is in need of washroom overhaul. I have stayed on the first floor before so I know the hotel is good, but the second floor washrooms were gross so now that I know that I might not book on expedia again so that I can make a request for the first floor. The best part of this hotel is the pool which is very well maintained and beautiful.」
